Mô tả công việc:

• Teach English courses across different levels and design engaging, student-centered lesson plans.
• Assess student performance, provide timely feedback, and support learners’ individual needs.
• Contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of teaching materials.
• Prepare, administer, and meticulously check tests and other assessments.
• Participate actively in departmental activities, including meetings and academic events.
• Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to initiatives that enhance the learning experience.
• Carry out other academic or administrative duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Yêu cầu:

• PhD in English.
• Strong teaching ability with a proven record of engaging and effective classroom practice.
• Proficiency in educational technology and strong computer skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse student abilities and learning styles.
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and reliability.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail in preparing, checking, and evaluating student work.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level or in a similar academic setting.
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
